Wish I Had A Camera

...when Eilidh, the 3 y/o kept closing the door, but Peanut, the new kitten, got in each time before she got it shut. She'd pick up the kitten, put it back out, and try to close the door again, only to have the kitten run in again before she got it shut. The kitten was happy to let a 3 y/o pick it up like a wet noodle and carry it out and run back in, over and over and over

...when the goats and sheep snuck around the other side of the house from me quickly, and entered the neighbor's yard, only to find their dogs were out

...when the 3 y/o made sparkly crowns out of the trim for the Grange booth at the county fair, as we were setting it up, and put one on the head of every woman there, and they walked around working with their crowns on as if nothing were odd

...when a patient at work laid with their body half out of bed sideways and refused to be moved because they said they were comfortable, then proceeded to fall asleep and snore before our very eyes, and they weren't faking it because they were in alcohol withdrawl and really DID fall asleep like that

...when the goat dug up the potato in the garden and ate it

...when the lamb chased one of the roosters around the pasture for some time, kicking its hind feet up with glee and popping in the air like popcorn every so often, and having a blast

...when the 3 y/o mimics the 17 y/o in every small way because she wants to be like her, and the 17 y/o isn't even noticing. For example, at the resteraunt table, 17 y/o picks up her fork and pokes her food in deep thought. 3 y/o watches her intently, then looks for her fork, picks it up and begins poking her food exactly the same way, whilst 17 y/o is still deep in thought. 17 y/o pushes back her hat. 3 y/o sees her, and pushes back her own hat. This goes on until the 17 y/o looks up, sees the 3 y/o mimicking her and the 17 y/o begins doing things like putting a spoon on her nose.
